What's going on with my blog?

I've noticed that there is some kind of advertisement on top left of my blog whenever I view my blog.I'm not sure whether it's only 'affecting' me or you could see it too?

It's a nonsense advertisement, sometimes link to a 'funny videos' (as what the link says.Never try to click at the link.afraid of virus etc.)

The question is,how i'm gonna remove it?
